Reduce size of pie chart to embed in report package

I am creating a Pie chart which will be eventually embedded into a word report package. Is there a way I can reduce the size of each block in the pie chart but keep the font size of labels big. When i increase or decrease grid - both the text labels and size of blocks gets affected. If i reduce the grid size the pie chart does reduce, but the lables do not fit in the grid. I have to embed two charts side by side in word and want the size to be less so that labels do not
