After creating a Service contract, it's not moving to create Billing Invoice(Non Project)
Hi Team,
- We have created a Service contract - DOW- 90001
- Added the Billing template, lines and other necessary information and activated the contract terms as well.
- Contract is approved as well.
- Ran below 3 ESS jobs are as follows:
- Send Service Contract Billing Information to Receivables
- Import Auto-invoice
- Fetch Service Contract Invoice Information from Receivables
But not able to generate Invoices/Billing for the same as ESS are getting completed but not picking any data.
Can someone help or suggest any valuable feedback.
