Oracle Redwood pages not opening on iPhone/iOS devices
Hi everyone,
we are currently working with Oracle Support on an SR opened a few months ago regarding an issue affecting some Redwood pages/components in Oracle HCM Cloud when accessed from iPhone/iOS devices, and we wanted to check whether anyone in the community has experienced something similar.
Issue summary:
Some Redwood pages do not open correctly on iPhone devices. In our case, the issue has been observed especially within Oracle Learning, where certain course pages remain inaccessible or do not load properly after selection.
What we observed:
- Issue occurs only on iPhone/iOS
- Desktop and Android access work correctly
