Issue with DFF Fields Not Available in VBCS Validation for Talent Profile Duplicate Restriction

Hi Team,

We need to restrict duplicate entries in the Talent Profile sections using VBCS customization in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Requirement:
Prevent users from creating duplicate records in the following sections:

• Education
• Licenses and Certifications

We attempted to implement this validation using VBCS configuration/rules. However, the custom DFF fields created on the front end are not available in the VBCS validation configuration. Only the seeded default fields are visible in VBCS.
