Not able to populate Item Structure from Product Development to PIM

I am trying to propagate the item structure from Product Development to Product Information Management (PIM).
However, I am unable to view the item structure in PIM after propagation.

As shown in the attached screenshots, I am able to see both the parent item and child items in PIM, but the Structure tab is missing when I open the item in PIM.

Could you please let me know which setup or configuration might be missing? I have attached the screenshots for reference.

Do we need to make any changes at the Item Class level or Item Organization level for the structure to be visible in PIM after propagation?
