Can we rename the existing Oracle standard help text displayed under a field in a Redwood page?

In the Contract Info section, there is a field called “Contract Subtype”. Upon selecting a value, the following help text appears:

“For the contract duration type permanent, select the contract subtype as applicable.”

Our requirement is to modify this existing text. We attempted to update it through User Interface Text, but the corresponding value does not appear to be available there.

Previously, similar changes were feasible through Page Composer for responsive pages.

Could someone kindly confirm whether it is possible to modify this help text in Redwood pages? We also checked in Visual Builder but could not identify any specific field or property where this text can be updated.
