Fixed Rate Services Defaulting After Auto-Reject Rule Setup

Hi Oracle community, I have an interesting question for you.

I was looking into ways to disable/hide certain purchasing line types - specifically Goods and Rate-Based Services - while keeping only Fixed Rate Services available. I achieved this using auto-reject rules.

At the same time, I was also investigating how to default Fixed Rate Services as the line type when creating a new line, instead of Standard Goods (without using Smart Forms, custom document styles, etc.).

Interestingly, once I implemented the auto-reject rules, Fixed Rate Services started defaulting automatically.

Do you think there could be a connection between these two behaviors?
