Redwood: No values under 'What's the Way to Change the Location?'

Summary:

Hello,

We recently implemented redwood for core hr quick actions and we noticed that there are fields like What's the Way to Change the Location? that are not having any list of values inside. Adding to this the fact that this is a required field and we are not able to use this action. Did this happen to any of you is there any solution ?

We are also facing the same issue on the bellow:
