Approval/FYI Notification Not Triggering When Employee Withdraws Resignation

Hello Team,

We have a requirement related to resignation withdrawal approval notifications in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Current behavior:

  • When an employee submits a resignation, the approval workflow is triggered successfully.
  • However, when the same employee withdraws the resignation, no Approval or FYI notification is triggered to the manager or HR users.

We would like to understand:

  1. Is it possible to configure an Approval or FYI workflow for resignation withdrawal transactions?
  2. Can this be achieved through Transaction Design Studio (TDS) or BPM approval rules?
  3. Is there any seeded functionality available for “Withdraw Resignation” approval routing?
  4. If possible, could anyone share:
