HCM Reasons for Send Prorated LDAP Changes to Error

After 26B, I made some security updates in a non-production pod, and when I run the Send Pending LDAP Requests process, I'm getting errors in most of the subprocesses for Send Prorated LDAP Requests. The log files doesn't give me any helpful information.

What would cause the Send Prorated LDAP Requests to fail? Most show Error, and only a couple show Succeeded. Is there anything I can do to remediate this issue? I am not clear what impact this could have to users. The process is not scheduled to run, so there is no conflict there. The parameters I typically use are User Type All (versus just Person) and Batch Size = A. I've tried with Batch Size=AF, blank, 20, and User Type of Person instead of All. I keep getting Errors on the Send Prorated
