USOPTE - Legislative Data Updates page accessible via direct URL but no menu / Quick Action entry

Summary:

We recently enabled USOPTE in our environment. The Legislative Data Updates page is fully functional via direct URL (/fscmUI/redwood/pay-legislative-data-updates/legislative-data-updates/legislative-updates), but the page does not appear anywhere in the navigation:

  • Not in My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show More (no "L" entry between "Features by Country or Territory" and "Manage Bank Accounts")
  • - Not in the Springboard
  • - No entry in Configure Structure under Payroll
  • - Running "Scan for unsupported EL expressions" on the menu structure returns no results

Has anyone seen this after USOPTE enablement? Specifically:

  1. Is there an Oracle-delivered feature opt-in or profile option that surfaces this Quick Action / Navigator entry?
