Communicate Post is not visible under My Activity Center
Under the My Activity section, the HCM Communicate post is not visible to the employee, despite the following conditions being met:
- The seeded Employee role has been assigned to the user
- The Post Status is set to "In Progress"
- The Spotlight Redwood Profile option is enabled
- All required scheduled processes have been successfully submitted and are running as expected
Requesting assistance in identifying the root cause of the post not appearing under My Activity for the employee.
