Business Rules Configuration in Receiving Returns - Create Page

Hi Community Need help on below -

There is a requirement to configure Business Rules and control the value of the “Physical Material Return Required” checkbox while creating a Return to Supplier transaction from the Receiving Returns – Create page. The requirement is to disable this field and make it read-only for users. We are able to hide the field successfully using the Hidden property. However, the Read Only and Value properties do not appear to be working as expected. Could someone please help review this behavior and advise whether there is an alternative approach or any additional configuration required to make the field read-only and default
