What is the Hash Key Parameter for Shipment Lines–Get All Attachments REST API, and How Do I Get It?

I'm working on the Shipment Lines – Get All Attachments REST API to retrieve attachments associated with shipment lines, but I'm running into an issue with the required parameter values.
REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM - Get all attachments
I used the following IDs sourced directly from the Oracle receiving tables:
SHIPMENT_HEADER_ID→ fromRCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERSSHIPMENT_LINE_ID→ fromRCV_SHIPMENT_LINES
However, passing these values into the API is not returning any output.
API Document Says:
"The value of this parameter could be a hash of the key that is used to uniquely identify the resource item. The client should not generate the hash key value. Instead, the client should query on the collection resource with a filter to navigate to a specific resource item. For example:
