Shipment request interfaces lines to external WMS if having reservation even if no On hand available

Summary:

Hi,

We have cases like Back To Back or other circumstances where we do hard reservation between Sales Order (Demand) and Transfer Order (Supply).

In those cases we don't have on hand stock until TO gets received.

However, Shipment request interfaces these lines to external WMS even if there is no on hand! How come is this possible?!

This creates issues because in WMS there is no On hand and backorders line, sends back to Fusion and Fusion Shipment Request sends the line again creating a loop until stock gets received.

In the release rule we don't flag the "Prior Reservations only" and even it does not work setting a value for pick from subinventory. We tried also changing few parameters in shipping parameters but result is always the same. No matter if you have on hand or not, as long as there is reservation, shipment request send line to WMS…
