Requisition progress summary is not visible for a recruiter

Summary:

We have a requirement to create view only requisition role so I have included only 3 privileges (View Job Requisition, View candidate job application, Access to hiring as recruiter)

But that recruiter is not having access to progress summary, what privilege is required to access progress summary
