learning related transaction details is not coming in the transactions summary page

Summary:


I am not able to see any learning related transactions in the transactions summary page. I have done some learning transactions it went for approvals. Some transactions are approved by managers but i am not able to get data in the search results checked with all status but no data.

For our customer recently 26B upgraded. Post upgrade i am facing this issue.

Kindly assist if anyone having idea on this.
