Hi All,

We have enabled the SSO for test instance, and we want to perform the pre upgrade actions/task as suggested in the document, however, the pre-upgrade actions button is not available for recently added SSO.

Can anyone please assist how much time it takes to synch the SSO configuration and when will the pre upgrade actions available for test instance. Also, please let us know if we have to perform any other action to make this option available.
