Account rule not appearing in Subledger journal entry rule set

Summary:

Hi Team, we have a requirement that when assets are coming from Project source the depreciation expense account should default to '000' for one of the segments. We had defined an account rule as shown below.

Then we went to Subledger journal entry rule set, Duplicated the 'Periodic Depreciation' rule set and tried to attach the 'Account rule' which we created earlier in the debit side of 'Periodic Depreciation Expense' but the dropdown shows blank values. It does not show the 'Account rule' which we created in the previous step. What am i missing here? Can you please help on this
