How to get Offer Assignment DFF fields auto populated with values from Job Requisition DFF fields

Summary:

During Offer creation there are assignment DFF fields which HRs have to enter manually. The requirement is to bring those values from Job Requisition DFF and auto populate under assignment info section while creating the offer in Redwood UI.
