TAR Automation Not Saving

Summary:

I have generated the default TAR automation using the TAR Automation in configuration. I then clicked the flip sign box on a member and tried to save. It gave me an error saying "Failed to save the automation mapping". This is causing me to not update any of my automations through the configuration screen. Is there a reason it is not letting me save?
