Smart View Reports showing all zeros and different accounting period date format in member selection
Our Oracle Smart View Excel reports are showing all zeros after clicking refresh.
We have not made any changes to our Smart View reports, but users have noticed these differences:
1.) Reports are showing zero for all lines that should have numerical values after clicking "Refresh" to run the report.
2.) The report usually connects to the database upon opening. Users are now having to manually connect to the database using the Panel.
3.) For "Accounting Period" Member Selection, the accounting period dates are formatted differently than usual. Usually they are MMM-YY (i.e., Apr-26 for April 2026), but now, they're MM YYYY (i.e., 04 2026). If this member is selected through Member Selection, we receive a "Member is out of place" error, and the error uses the MMM-YY format though.
