Need custom role access only to Line Manager & Recruit-to-Hire dashboards, without BI Consumer acces

We have a requirement to create a custom role that should allow access only to the Line Manager Dashboard and the Recruit-to-Hire Dashboard. We were able to create the custom role. But we are unable to restrict access to the other BI reports because the BI Consumer role is being inherited. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue.
