Is there a mandatory cutover for Redwood B2B Messaging Pages?

Is there a mandatory cutover for Redwood B2B/Collaboration Messaging Pages, or will there be one soon? The Redwood: Simplify Configuration and Processing for B2B Messaging feature seems to require a fair amount of configuration. SCM pages will migrate to Redwood with 27A. Want confirmation that these B2B pages weren't included.
