person security profile required to custom query to restrict location and email?

Summary: threre is location page- hr1, hr2 and hr3 are DFF stored employee emails. suppose one of the employee login as HR , all location assoicated to hr emial need to be populate for Login HR? Kindly share query if it possible? the query need to be added in person security profile level.
