Remote Region Error #2 When Exporting Jobs to Spreadsheet from Manage Jobs Task

Hello Everyone -
We are encountering an error when attempting to export jobs to a spreadsheet from the Manage Jobs task page.
Navigation: Setup and Maintenance > Manage Jobs > Select all active jobs (Name and Code filter set to "Is not blank")
Error Message: "Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for Remote Region error #2. The Manage Job task couldn't be called. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk."
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
- Search for and open the Manage Jobs task
- Set the Name and Code filter to "Is not blank"
- Select all active jobs
