Approval Workflow Notifications Not Reflecting Latest Updated Values

In the “Request a New Position” workflow, if the Line Manager submits the request and HR later updates the Position Name during the approval process, the next approver’s bell notification still shows the original Position Name instead of the updated one.

Can anyone confirm whether this is the expected standard behavior, or should notifications reflect the latest Position Name entered by HR?

We are trying to understand whether this is working as designed or if there is a configuration/issue involved.
