Summary:
I am configuring a Microsoft Office 365 Outlook Adapter connection in Oracle Integration Cloud Gen3 (v26.Q2 / 26.04). The 'Provide Consent' step completes successfully — the OAuth consent popup appears, I accept, and the window closes without error. However, when I click 'Test' on the connection, I receive the following error:

CASSDK-0004: Failed to authenticate against the application with the credentials provided. Consent missing. Please provide consent in the credentials configuration before proceeding with test.

Setup Details:

  • OIC Version: 26.Q2 (26.04)
  • Adapter: Microsoft Office 365 Outlook Adapter
  • Azure App Registration: Multi-tenant (Accounts in any organizational directory)
  • Redirect URI: https://<oic-instance>.integration.ocp.oraclecloud.com/icsapis/agent/oauth/callback (registered under Web platform)
