Can the column count of each BICC extract be captured?

We have an ask from audit to confirm that each BICC extract contains the complete dataset for a period of time and that no data was missed and that the file is complete. They have asked for us to provide (for each BICC extract), the count of rows so they can match that to the rows in the file and ensure the file is complete.
