How an approval rule will trigger if there are two approval rules?

Summary:

Hi Team

We have approval rules for purchase requisition based on LOB(COA Segment).

Suppose we have two LOB A and B.

A lob has 1 2 3 approvers
B Lob Has 4 5 approvers

Currently if the requisition is having two lines 1st one is A and 2nd one is B
The approvers are triggering like below
1 2 3 4 5

But business wants to trigger an approval rule at last in which approver 3 is availbale

it means
Approvers should be like below

4 5 1 2 3

Is that possible?
