We have location HRs in our Queues and we want that location HRs Agents should only see SRs of employee who belong to there location.

As of now, this seems to be only achieve using assignment rule where we can have rule for primary contact location SR assigned to a Queue.

But we have many locations and it would be really tough to manage location-wise queues and agents. I am aware that we cannot use AOR in Help desk.

I tried creating a custom fixed LOV location field and use it in access group, but it didn't helped.
