Link item relationship - Meaning, use and impacts of the seeded values

Oracle provides following values as link relationship types but the documentation does not list the meaning or impacts of these. Can someone provide more details ? Also this lookup is not extendable for now (lookup type = ORA_ACA_REL_TYPE).

We are trying to link a document to the item and want to leverage a type which does not have any other impacts. See attached.
