JBO-27024 Error in Promote > Assignment Page – Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key

Hi everyone,

We are getting the following error while updating Promotion

Error:
"Couldn't change the assignment"

JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000211138065 2026-05-25 4712-12-31] in AssignmentWorkMeasureEO

This happens on the Assignment page when trying to Continoue changes.

When we re-enter the assignment FTE value as 1, it saves successfully. However, if the value is less than 1, this error occurs.

  • Also, we checked all the mandatory fields and tried with another browser/session. We have tested in the Responsive UI there it is working fine even with FTE ratio if lesser than 1

Could you please help us resolve this issue or suggest a possible solution?
