How to default Position Type to Shared when the Headcount is greater than 1.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

As of now it Position Type defaults to "Pooled" when the headcount is updated with any value which is greater than 1 but as Positions created here are Shared, we would like the value gets defaulted to Shared

I tried changing the sequence of lookup POSITION_TYPE but it did not work
