Job grade to be defaulted on Request a Position Change page

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to default the Job grade present on Job to Position Valid Grade when Positions are updated. For this, we have enabled the profile option ORA_PER_MATCH_POS_GRADES_WITH_JOB_GRADES_ENABLED. This profile option is helping us to default the valid grade based on Job only when creating a new position, but not when modifying an existing position. How do we fix this such that the grade will be auto populated even while modifying the position?
