in Enterprise Contracts

I am getting "You must enter a valid party contact. (OKC-195742)" when I am trying to create sales contract from contract templates. (see below photo)

Navigation: Contracts Management > Manage Contracts Template > select template > Create contract from template

How can this be resolved?
