Document records section - Employment Flow - error to attach a document

Summary:

Document records section on Employment flows used to be mandatory for us in order to appear in the Employment flow. Post 25A, Document Records section now requires to enter at least 1 document record to continue. We have attempted to switch the Document records to be optional, it does show up in the flow now however the error to enter at least 1 document record to continue still persists.

How to have the document records section in the flow but not mandatory to attach a document record?
