How to handle Confidential hires when the REQ is not an Executive Type Req

Hi,

I am just wondering how other Taleo clients are handling "Confidential' recruitment with the standard REQ type available in Taleo.

Currently with the standard REQ Types we are using the Executive REQ Type to handle Confidential type roles (HR, Recruitment, Legal, M&A, etc…)

However, this becomes problematic when the role is not strictly an execuritve type role…and also since we have mapped all our REQ Templates to the Hire types (e.g. Executive Roles mapped to Executive REQ Type, Graduate roles are mapped to the Graduate/Campus REQ Type so they dont appear in Professional, or Executive etc…)
