Restricting Receiving Privileges for Procurement Requestor Role

Summary:

Hi Oracle team,

Currently, the Procurement Requestor role has the privileges to both create requisitions and receive against their requisitions/purchase orders. However, due to segregation of duties requirements in our organization, requisitioners should not be allowed to perform receiving transactions. Other than creating a custom role without the receiving privileges, are there any alternative options or recommended approaches available in Oracle Cloud to restrict requestors from performing receipts?
