Hi Team,

Greetings!

This issue is about the approval for the transactions in HCM.

The approver gets the notification as expected , along with approval link. When the approver clicks on "Approve" button on the email notification, it ends up generating a new email , instead of routing to approval page or having the transaction approved from the current approver.

Has anyone come across this issue ?

If anyone has any relevant inputs/details -please share.
