Enable Unmasked Bank Details Access Only for Payroll Admin Team

Currently, the masking settings for viewing international employees’ bank details are applied uniformly across the application, either fully masked or showing only the first four or last four digits for all users. However, there is a requirement for only the Payroll Admin team to have access to fully unmasked bank account numbers of the employees. Meanwhile, all other users should continue to view the bank account details in a masked format.
