HR Help Desk: custom fields not available as filters in “My Open HR Help Desk Requests”
Hello,
we are working with the HR Help Desk module in Oracle HCM Cloud and we have a question about the filter configuration in the following page:
My Open HR Help Desk Requests
We have created several custom fields (extended fields) on the HR Help Desk Request object. In the search bar of “My Open HR Help Desk Requests” we can see some custom fields available as filters, but other custom fields do not appear in the filter list.
Our questions are:
- Is there a standard configuration that controls which custom fields can be used as filters on this page?
