GetManager function not working in Request position change or New position

Summary:Get Manager function is not working when we use in Request New Position / Request Position change.

Anyone who has HR analyst role - Autoapprove

Anyone who has HR Analyst role and Line Manager role - AutoApproved

Anyone who has only Line Manager role - Approval should route to HR Analyst and Job level based hierarchy (we are using 2 stages rulesets)

Anyone who is HRBP - Approval should route to HR Analyst and Job level based hierarchy

The HR analyst rule is not getting autoapproved when HRAnalyst role and Line Manager role is there for the person.

We have written all the negative conditions also for each rule but still not working. Also GetManager function is not working in Request new Position and Position change transaction.
