Set preference password and scheduled process tab removal

Hello Experts,

Does anyone know which privilege or security role needs to be removed from our current custom Manager role in order to remove this functionality "Password"? Please see the screenshot below.

Also, for the “Scheduled Processes” tab, may I know which privilege or duty role controls access to it so we can remove it from the Manager role as well? Please see the attached screenshot.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
