Unable to see data on UI after configuring using import/export csv

in Costing

We are doing CSV import/export for the configurations, the export in target instance shows successful but unable to see data on UI. We have provide cost org data access, reference set access.

"Manage Cost organization Relationship" is where we are facing issue.

We see the data in the csv file when downloaded after import, but unable to see the same in front end UI.

Is this anything related to redwood?
