issue with Email delivery to candidate when we refer or candidate tries to request for pin
Summary:
We are observing an issue with Referrals, when an employee refers a external candidate, the candidate is not receiving the notification and not found in Spam folder too.
This is not happening for all but observed for many, if a candidate receives a referral link they don't get email when request for verification PIN.
Please help us if anyone faced similar issue and has a solution.
From the HCM side it shows the notification is triggered and in the table also we see it was in Sent status.
Looking for help and guidance on this issue.
