Any fbdi or rest api to bulk upload items in standard cost scenario for roll up (selected items)

Summary:

We have a requirement to perform standard cost roll up for bulk items ( 250 + make items). right now we need to add items manually to the cost scenario.is there any option to add them in mass using FBDI or Rest API.

we are using the option "Cost Rollup Basis" Roll up scope" Selected items and adding one by one manually which is time consuming.
