How do we change prefix Employee SelfService Assistant AI Agent is using when creating Help Desk req
We just setup the Agent Team called "Employee SelfService Assistant" for our HR Help Desk in a DEV environment. I asked it to create a Help Desk request and it seemingly worked:
But when it created the request, it's prefix was "HRHD", and we do not use this. Our prefix is just "HR". So, when I clicked the link to the request, it told me I no longer had access to the request (probably because it doesn't exist I assume). How do we make the Agent use our prefix, and would this solve the access issue when clicking the link? Any help is appreciated! :)
