Formula Structure can't be assigned to Price Lists

We noticed an issue when creating Finished Goods using Structure Type = Formula, those items are not visible to the Price Lists.

Even with all the correct attributes for Order Management items are not showing up there. We made a test setting up an item with the same attributes but with Structure Type = Standard and the item showed up.

We already 4-0002779715 for the Order Management team but we'd like to hear from the Product Management what would be the root cause here.
