Redwood 'Convert Pending Worker': Does not populate the salary from Job Offer

We recently enabled the Redwood page for Pending Worker and now when we convert a pending worker, the salary does not populate from the job offer. I have tried marking it Required in VBS, but it still does not populate. What am I missing?
